Feelings as a touchstone
How do you feel? This question is a barometer that lets you know whether you are receptive to the things that are good for you. When you feel good more good things happen in your life because you attract them; when you feel down, depressed or angry you are giving energy to a thought that will bring you more negativity. Everything reacts to the vibrations you send out.
There are times when you feel powerless for a moment and this may well be related to external circumstances: you are alone, you want to organise something but it doesn't work out. What do you say to an intuitive person, to sense another's negativity?
The right to be yourself
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
Keep a close eye on your thoughts. Change your fearful thoughts by imagining the opposite.
You know that fear won’t bring you closer to what you desire. Fear is also a bad counsellor.
Worrying about things, feeling jealous, feeling guilty, being startled, harbouring anger or bearing resentment are also kinds of fear.
There are, after all, only two fundamental emotions: fear and love.
Fear saps your energy and brings whatever it is you are afraid of into your life. It can paralyse you and stunt your creativity. It makes you focus on what you don’t want to happen or what you think might is going to happen.
You are holding great power in your hands. Use it well. Turn it to your advantage, turn it to the advantage of the totality. Every power can be used in either a positive or a negative way. It’s up to you how you use it.
If you want the best out of life and you use your power in that direction, your wishes will come true. Your spiritual power - the power of your thoughts - is there, waiting to be used. Use it in the right way! That way nothing but good can come into your life and you will be able to do incredible things. There is a moment in life for everything. Whoever is ready to learn to use this power properly will be able to secure better times ahead for him or herself and for others.
The power that you possess is absolutely just and fair. It works for everyone, no matter who you are. Through your thoughts you are constantly sending out vibrations and every time these thoughts come back to you they are always strengthened and amplified by similar thoughts. In this way, you are continually pulling particular people, events and circumstances into your life. These correspond to your dominant thought patterns. The external world around us is a copy of our mental world.
“You can forgive, but you can’t forget”
For many people, however, this is not the case. Perhaps you too are living with something that you haven’t forgiven. Perhaps you feel that you have been wronged. This is living with inner resentment. Resentment is a negative thought in the soul. We are the only thinkers inside us: what we let into our minds is our responsibility and our own choice. What enters our soul exercises a continual influence on us, consciously or unconsciously. Of course, everyone wants his or her life to get better and better. However, the less resentment and anger you have locked up in your soul, the quicker your life will become happy and successful.
This is why it is very important to purge your soul of resentment and of the feeling that you have been treated unfairly. Forgiving is crucial. You may feel reluctant to accept this idea, yet it is entirely in your interests to do so because everything you give out you get back. If you are harbouring resentment you are not neutral. At that moment, you are a negative pole which, in turn, can attract other negative things.
